I first tried out these shoes at my physical therapist while walking on a treadmill in the pool and they were very comfortable! I’ve been battling plantar fasciitis for months so was a little worried about the support these would offer, but they seemed fine, even when I was walking on land. I’m not sure if I would wear them for long periods of time if you have plantar fasciitis, but if you’re looking for a pool shoe that offers some support, they’re great! I ended up buying a pair of my own! I also like the fact that they’re lightweight! I know they have holes to drain the water in, but when they’re wet, they seem to slosh around a lot so it would be nice if there was a way to get even more water out of them.

These shoes are great! I’m an avid runner and have had the 2000 series for past…hmm…15 years! I’d swear by these shoes for people to over pronate. Recently, I ran across the gel-pulse and decided to try them since they are for people who over pronate as well. To be honest, I bought them for the color! 
Anyway– I have nothing but good things to say. The fit is similar to the 2000 series, but I feel a little more stable when I’m running. It feels like my foot is pushing off more even than outside. I would suggest anyone who over pronates to try these if they’re looking for something better. I’ve only put about 20 miles on these hogs, so I’ll be able to review better after a good 20 more miles. So far: no knee pain, foot pain, back pain, etc.
